Kaffee Kreuzau stands for freshly roasted specialty coffee from the Düren district. We roast in small batches, value transparency, and want to show you what good coffee really tastes like.

## Our Story

It all started with the search for really good coffee in 2000. What began as a passion first became a hobby, then a small roastery – and today we ship our coffees to customers throughout Germany and Europe.

## Our roasting philosophy

We roast gently and according to variety to emphasize the individual profile of each bean. Instead of roasting everything dark, we bring out the best in each origin – from fruity and light to chocolatey and intense.

## Origin & Partnerships

Whenever possible, we source our coffee directly from producers, cooperatives, or importers who value transparency and fair wages as much as we do. This allows us to trace the quality from origin to your cup.

## Sustainability

We prioritize resource-efficient processes, use environmentally friendly packaging whenever possible, and consolidate shipments where it makes sense. Our goal: great coffee with the smallest possible footprint.
