Naturally processed beans from 900–1200 m altitude in Minas Gerais (Yellow Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Catuaí). Medium roasted for almond, hazelnut, dried fruit, and fig notes. Works well as a classic 1:2 espresso and as a simple V60.
