Our all-rounder for filter coffee and café crema: 60% Brazilian Arabica (Fazenda Lagoa, NY2) and 40% Indian Robusta (Parchment AB, Kodagu). Silky smooth, low acidity, notes of nougat, hazelnut, roasted nuts, cocoa, and dry fruit aromas.

Natural Arabica from Brazil delivers sweetness and nutty chocolate notes; washed Robusta from India (CxR) provides crema, body, and gentle spice. Medium roasted for clarity in the filter and a well-rounded café crema.
